“Hey, I'm copying and pasting my response from somewhere else. Yes, Zoplay is a scam company. Wow. Zoplay. This might have been the single most worse business expense of my life. All that time trying to make the app work. Wasted. If you're reading this then, you're probably thinking of implementing your own "uber for x" or some other type of clone web/mobile app. You've looked at the cost of hiring developers and it's out of the question. You've done some preliminary research on how to build it yourself and that's not realistic. So you come across the concept of purchasing script clones from some guys in a faraway country. A perfect compromise. I did my research, I took my time and I spoke to nearly all the players in the industry (several of whom were actually the same company just using different names and charging different prices but that's another story), and I came to the conclusion that Zoplay was the best option. The most reputable option. Sure there were a couple of bad reviews online, and I suspected a few of the good reviews weren't exactly from real people, but I was optimistic. I went all in and purchased the website, ios and android app. I got designers, marketers, financiers and managers. I was serious about giving this business idea a real fighting chance. I was already dreaming of my future success. I decided to go bed and throw my entire weight behind it. Everything was perfect. The local marketing in my country was on point, the press picked it up, I was on shows talking about how it would be innovative blah blah blah. My team had found dozens of workers (It was the taskrabbit clone). The stars were aligning. But there was one problem. It doesn't work... Not really. The app was great for demos and presentation. Everyone who saw it was exciting. But when it came down to actually use it there were some issues that simple halted it from being functional. The payment gateway didn't work. The location services didn't work. The messaging system worked sometimes and then not others. The review and rating system was flawed. Workers would get a job, and then it disappeared. Etc. Etc. Etc. I spent months trying to solve the problem with the team. And they responded to my messages, but they never ever actually fixed the core issues. It was downright embarrassing. All eyes on me and this thing completely failed. The software just doesn't actually work in practical use cases. It was as if a very talented developer started the project, and then left after it was good enough to fool some people into buying into it. I tried to be nice, and tried to be friendly, I tried to be threatening, I tried to be desperate. Nothing worked. Are you talking to a cool customer service guy named Tom? He's going to disappear. That basecamp forum looking promising? That won't be active in the long run. I purchased the product in 2017 and I write this review in 2020. It still doesn't work. And far more serious than the money lost is the TIME lost. The damage to my reputation. Oh and did I mention the TIME. Hat's off to Zoplay/ Casperon Technologies for creating a piece of tech that looks good enough to convince people to make a hefty investment towards it. Learn from my mistake. Buying clone scripts on the internet simply does not work. It's a trick, mud packaged in a chocolate wrapper, a massive regret. (Edit this review was originally written on another site. I decided to post it here because I really don't want anyone else to fall for the same trap I did. Also be guided that a lot of the "positive views" appear to be fake upon closer inspection.)”
